Built inside pharma. Proven in the field. Taught in the classroom.
JW Transform is led by Jonathan Wasserman — a senior marketing and commercial leader whose career began inside the pharmaceutical industry, not observing it. Thirty years at Alcon, Merck (as Director of Oncology Marketing, running a $200M+ portfolio), Pfizer Oncology, Zoetis, and then in software and consulting, followed by active university teaching. He does the work, teaches the work, and builds the IP — all at the same time.
Three roles, one operating system.

Industries served
Pharmaceuticals and biotech (primary), healthcare advertising agencies (growth), veterinary pharma, medical devices, digital health and health-tech, and select SaaS and software. Every engagement is grounded in the regulatory, compliance, and commercial realities of the industry — not adapted from an adjacent playbook.
How we work
JW Transform is a senior-led practice. You talk to the principal on day one and every day after that. There’s no analyst pyramid, no extended pitch theater, no deck-per-week ritual. What you get is a consulting partner who has sat in your seat, understands the scale of what you’re being asked to deliver, and has built the IP to accelerate it.
