JW Transform is led by Jonathan Wasserman — a senior marketing and commercial leader whose career began inside the pharmaceutical industry, not observing it. Thirty years at Alcon, Merck (as Director of Oncology Marketing, running a $200M+ portfolio), Pfizer Oncology, Zoetis, and then in software and consulting, followed by active university teaching. He does the work, teaches the work, and builds the IP — all at the same time.
